completing the quest in your own game and then joining someone elses and doing the quest again MAY log it twice). I don't know why you show that you did a quest twice (Ex. I don't know why you aren't having a quest added to the tracker. I don't know why you may miss a main mission. If this achievement has not popped for you and you have finished the game or if you are about to finish and your tracker is showing you are still missing some but you have completed all quests then this achievement has bugged out on you. You need to do missions that are labeled "Main" and "Side Quest".
Those do not count towards this achievement. So I will post a guide and actually leave it up for the community! Let me start off by saying you do NOT need to do the "Team" missions. Okay so there was a guide posted by someone but they turned into a super-jerk and took it down.
